Great Product,
I ordered this set as a Christmas present for my mother. When I received it, I was saddened to see that two of the cups were broken. I talked to Amazon’s customer service and was sent another set immediately. They also provided me with a prepaid shipping label to return the broken set. I will gladly order from Amazon again.
