Adorable,
When I saw the teapot, I could not resist it. It is adorable on my counter with a mug tree full of the Spode mugs. The quality is good. Just received it a few days ago and I have used it twice now. It washes up in the dishwasher just fine. I am happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it.

Broken,
I got the product and left it in the box until Christmas eve when I needed it. I opened it and pulled it out to find the handle was broken. Really disappointed.
