What is a good crochet scarf pattern for men?
A local arts & crafts store, Pat Catan’s, is having a promotion this month where a person can go in to the store and pick up camouflage yarn to make a scarf for the troops. The problem is that the only pattern they have is knit. I’m a crocheter! 
Does anyone know of any good men’s scarf patterns–something that a soldier might like? I’ve checked out crochetpatterncentral.com and couldn’t find anything I really liked there . . . do you have a better pattern?
Or does someone out there know how to convert a knit pattern into a crochet pattern? That would work, too.
